Wi-Fi fails to connect to certain WPA2 networks
Tested on iodé 6.3-20250502-brax3 (beta 10)
Devices fail to connect to certain Wi-Fi networks using WPA2-Personal (AES), especially with routers running DD-WRT firmware or similar implementations (e.g. ASUS stock firmware, certain US ISP routers). Authentication consistently fails, even when the correct password is entered.
Observed behavior: Attempting to connect to WPA2-Personal (AES) networks returns "authentication error" or "check password and try again"
Wi-Fi module works fine on:
- Open networks (no password)
- WPA3 hotspots
- Some WPA2 networks
