Fossify Messages / Default File Manager: Saving a file not possible

Using a combination of the iodé defaults of Fossify Messages + the default (AOSP? Lineage?) file manager do not allow a user to save a file received as a MMS message.

To reproduce: have a MMS message with a photo and some text. Short press the photo brings up the fullscreen view. At the bottom will be the "share" icon, but the "Files" app is not listed there. So the app isn't registering as a "target" for sharing (I am not certain where this is done in Android... not like a good old .mimetype in Linux :-).

Additionally, if you long press the message, since it has text the "disk save" icon does not appear in the top bar. But if the message is a photo only then when you long press the message (the photo), then there is a "disk save" icon in the top bar. I think this sort of makes sense because it can't combine the text and the file to save, so it doesn't offer to. Just noting that if there is a message that is a "file only" (no text) then this long-press technique will allow you to save the file.
