iodé persistent notification always displays under iodéOS 7.x

If notifications in the app are disabled, still when starting the app the persistent notification will appear. After closing the app the notification can be swiped away but it doesn't go away by itself (and should never have appeared in the first case).

No issue observed: Pixel 3a XL (iodéOS 6.11)

Issue observed: Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 6 (both with iodéOS 7.1)
