Update Available WebView options

Cromite

Cromite may be a good one to add, but as Cromite advertises itself the default WebView it isn't currently possible to have it installed. A suggestion received is:

Regarding Cromite WebView, you could theoretically build it yourself and provide it through the pre-installed app options, as you do with others, and change the package name so it doesn't conflict with the default WebView.

AXP WebView (Aosmium)

A user is attempting to add AXP WebView from AOSmium but it is filtered and won't show in the WebView list. Maybe this is a good one to consider adding?

Remove outdated WebViews:

Additionally, as the other non-default WebViews (Bromite and Mulch) are very outdated, it seems like we should stop advertising them in our documentation, but until Cromite is added it would leave us with no other option.
