Sluggish/choppy UI when scrolling through some apps with interactive media (for example native Reddit app, native Linkedin app)

Repro steps:

1. Open Reddit
2. Scroll up or down through posts

Expected result: smooth and consistent scrolling view

Actual result: choppy/sluggish view when scrolling

Available workaround: N/A

Repro rate: 100%

Bug criticality: Medium (4 on severity/impact, 1 on likelihood/visibility, Class 3 defect).
