Shift 6mq: v6.13 charge control regression
In short, user has 2 devices, one on v6.12, one updated to v6.13. The v6.13 device, when hitting charge control limit, will then not maintain that level, instead it disabled the charger entirely, causing the battery to drain down 10% at which time the charger re-activates. So it will go through a constant charge / discharge cycle with this 10%.
